3. Under "State/Country" enter your state. If you do not wish for this
information to appear in the listings, then you may leave it blank.
4. Under "site" list your website, if you have one. If not, then just
leave this section blank.
5. Enter your favorite Witchblade quote in the "fav Witchblade quote"
box.
6. If everything is correct, hit the "Believe in the Witchblade" button.
If you have made a mistake, just hit the "What does that even mean?!"
button to reset the form.
7. That's it, you're done! :) If you have a website, please grab a code
